Clinical study of medicinal vesiculation therapy treating allergic rhinitis

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of medicinal vesiculation therapy trerating allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 104 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted into Yingtan People′s Hospital and Guixi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to September 2017 were selected and they were randomly divided into the two groups according to the sequence of hospitalization time,and there were 52 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment(oral Loratadine Tablets,1 tablets each time,1 time/day),while the observation group was given medicinal vesiculation therapy on the basis of the control group (canicular days a year and the third nineday period after the winter solstice to give moxibustion acupoint sticking),3 years were 1 course of treatment.The treatment effect and the attack of the disease within 6 months after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate(96.15%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (80.76%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Within 6 months after treatment,the attack rate(26.92%)in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(82.70%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The medicinal vesiculation therapy can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of allergic rhinitis,improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the number of recurrence.It is worthy of clinical application.
