Abstract：ObjectiveTo approach application effect of WeChat platform health education in patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery kidney stone.MethodsSixty patients with renal calculus undergoing minimally invasive surgery admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected and divided into control group(conventional nursing method)and observation group(wechat platform health education)according to different education methods,with 30 patients in each group.The score of patients′knowledge of kidney stones and the score of patients′cognition of minimally invasive surgery in the two groups were observed,and the nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe scores of patients in the observation group on the degree of mastery of knowledge about kidney stones and the degree of cognition of minimally invasive surgery were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe application of kidney stone minimally invasive surgery patients by WeChat platform health education,which can improve kidney stone knowledge mastery degree and minimally invasive surgical cognition,increase nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
