Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effect of flexible ureteroscope combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi.MethodsA total of 120 cases of renal calculi from February 2015 to February 2017 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with flexible ureteroscope and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, and the control group was treated with routine treatment, and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.ResultsAfter treatment, the gravelsuccess rate of the observation group was81.67%,whichwas higher than 65%in the controlgroup, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group, the total clearance rate was 96.67%,which was higher than 56.67%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time of the observation group was(82.41±9.63)min,which was lower than(95.68±12.49)min of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe effect of combination of flexible ureteroscope and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi is significant, safe and feasible, which not only shortens the operation time of patients, but also improve the success rate of crushed stone crushing, avoid the adverse reaction of the patients, and have high recovery value for the patients.
