Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of different-position nursing in preterm infants. Methods 110 premature infants admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as research objects, and divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random drawing, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was supine and the observation group was prone. The effects of two groups of supine position on cardiopulmonary function, sleep, respiration and milk intake of premature infants were compared. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in heart rate and respiratory index between the two groups(P>0.05).Heart rate and respiratory indicators of preterm infants in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group on the 3rd and 7thday after nursing, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The heart rate and respiration of the observation group on the third day and the seventh day after nursing were significantly higher than those before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep time of preterm infants in the observation group on the third day and the seventh day was significantly longer than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The daily milk intake of premature infants in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group on the 3rdand 7thday,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with supine position,prone-position nursing has a significant effect on cardiopulmonary function, sleep apnea, and retention of stomach. It can contribute to the maturity of heart and lung function in preterm infants, improve the sleep quality, and create a good gastrointestinal development condition.
