Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of different insulin delivery methods on diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods 91 cases DM patients from June 2016 to August 2017 were selected as research objects in our hospital. They were divided into control group(n=42)and treatment group(n=49)according to the mode of administration. In the control group, subcutaneous insulin therapy was used, while in the treatment group, insulin pump infusion therapy was adopted. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effectiveness rate of the treatment group was 95.92%,significantly higher than that in the control group accounting for 83.33%,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose level in the treatment group after therapy was(6.23±0.85)mmol/L,lower than that in the control group(7.15±1.23)mmol/L.The time of fasting blood glucose meeting the standard in the treatment group was shorter, and the average insulin dose was lowerer compared with those in the control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia was 2.04%,lower than that in the control group accounting for 14.29%,with a statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin treatment in DM patients, insulin pump therapy can reduce the insulin dose in high effect, greatly improve the fasting blood glucose, and benefit patient′s glycemic control, and play an important application value in clinical treatment.
