Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of early cognitive rehabilitation training on patients with cognitive impairment after stroke. Methods 98 patients with cognitive impairment after stroke treated in our hospital from March 2013 to August 2015 were selected as the research objects and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,49 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine rehabilitation therapy, while the early cognitive rehabilitation training was carried out on the patients in the observation group based on the treatment in the control group. The activities of daily living ability and cognitive function changes of patients in the two groups were observed. Results Before treatment, there were no obvious differences of the activities of daily living and cognitive function between the two groups (P>0.05),but the conditions were improved after treatment. The score of Barthel index (BI),Fugl-Meyer motor function scale (FM),Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA)and mini mental state scale (MMSE)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment, with significant difference(P<0.01).The index differences in the observation group before and after treatment was greater than that in the control group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Early cognitive rehabilitation training in patients with cognitive impairment after stroke can significantly improve cognitive and motor function and improve the ability of daily life, which is worth promoting.
