丁苯酞联合奥拉西坦治疗血管性认知障碍的效果

摘要目的探讨丁苯酞联合奥拉西坦治疗血管性认知障碍（VCI）的临床效果。方法将2014年2月～2016年2月我院收治的80例VCI患者按照随机数字表法分成实验组（n=40）和对照组（n=40），对照组给予丁苯酞治疗，实验组在对照组的基础上联合奥拉西坦治疗。观察两组治疗前后日常生活活动能力（ADL）评分、认知障碍分度标准（MMSE）评分。结果治疗4周后，实验组治疗总有效率为90.0%，高于对照组的67.5%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前，两组ADL和MMSE评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗4周后，实验组ADL评分[（30.64± 2.67）分]较对照组[（39.11±3.63）分]下降明显，MMSE评分升高[（24.32±2.24）分vs.（20.14±2.15）分]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论丁苯酞联合奥拉西坦治疗VCI可增强患者的日常生活能力，缓解记忆减退，提高治疗总有效率，效果显著。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Butylphthalide combined with Oxiracetam in the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment(VCI).Methods Altogether 80 cases of patients with VCI who were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were divided into experiment group(n=40)and control group(n=40) according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with Butylphthalide,while patients in the experiment group adopted Oxiracetam treatment on the basis of control group.Activities of daily living(ADL) score and mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score before and after treatment in two groups were observed.Results 4 weeks after treatment,the total effective rate of the experiment group was 90.0%,higher than that of the control group (67.5%),with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).ADL and MMSE scores before treatment between two groups had no significant difference (P＞0.05);while significantly decreased ADL scores [(30.64±2.67)scores]and increased MMSE scores[(24.32±2.24)scores]were seen in the experiment group in contrast with that in the control group[(39.11±3.63) scores and (20.14±2.15)scores],with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion Application of Butylphthalide combined with Oxiracetam achieves significant effect in the treatment of VCI,which can enhance the patients′ADL,alleviate memory loss and improve the total effective rate.
