Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment after stroke.MethodsFrom January to December 2016,90 patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke meeting the condition were included in the study.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by double-blind method.The patients were treated with basic therapy.The observation group was treated with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules.while the control group was treated by Piracetam and all patients were treated for 14 days. Plasma superoxide dismutase(SOD),mini mental state examination(MMSE)score,China stroke scale(CSS)score,activities of daily living scale (Barthel index)before and after treatment between two groups were compared.Efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter treatment,the level of plasma SOD increased and higher than that of the control group,and CSS score in the observation group was lower than that of control group,and Barthel and MMSE score were higher than those in the control group and the total effective rate(93.33%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (80.00%)(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the in cidence of adverse reactions between two groups（P＞0.05）.ConclusionButylphthalide Soft Capsules can improve the cognitive function of patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke,reduce neurological deficits,improve the daily living ability,less adverse reactions,the effect is good,and it is worthy of promotion.
