奥拉西坦联合血栓通治疗脑梗死的效果

摘要目的探讨奥拉西坦联合血栓通治疗脑梗死的效果。方法选择我院2015年1月～2016年12月收治的脑梗死患者140例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各70例。两组均给予降糖、扩容血管、脱水、降压、调脂稳定斑块，抗血小板聚集等常规治疗。对照组在常规对症治疗基础上给予血栓通注射液，观察组在对照组基础上给予奥拉西坦注射液，观察两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率为90.0%，高于对照组的65.7%（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后的MoCA、MMSE评分均明显提高，与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组治疗后的MoCA、MMSE评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后的Barthel评分均明显提高，与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组治疗后的Barthel评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后的NIHSS评分均明显下降，与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组治疗后的NIHSS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论奥拉西坦联合血栓通治疗脑梗死可以明显改善患者的认知功能，减轻患者神经功能缺损，提高日常生活能力，疗效确切。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo discuss the effect of Oxiracetam combined with Xueshuantong in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods140 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,and each group had 70 cases.The two groups were given routine treatment,such as lowering blood glucose,expanding blood vessel,dehydration,reducing blood pressure,regulating lipid and stabilizing plaque,anti platelet aggregation and so on. The control group was given Xueshuantong Injection on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment,while the observation group was given Oxiracetam Injection on the basis of treatment of the control group.The therapeutic effect of two groups was observed.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%,which was higher than that of the control group(65.7%)(P＜0.05).MoCA and MMSE score of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05),and MoCA,MMSE score in the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Barthel score of two groups after treatment were significantly improved,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05),and Barthel score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05). NIHSS scores of two group after treatment were significantly decreased,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05),and NIHSS score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).ConclusionOxiracetam combined with Xueshuantong in the treatment of cerebral infarction can significantly improve the cognitive function of patients,reduce the neurological functional defect,improve the ability of daily life,and the curative effect is exact.
