Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of minimally invasive hematoma puncture and traditional craniotomy in the treatment of senile cerebral hemorrhage.MethodsFrom June 2011 to March 2016,124 senile patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital were selected as research objects.According to a random number table, they were evenly divided into the observation group and the control group,62 cases in each group. In the observation group, minimally invasive hematoma puncture for the treatment was selected, while in the control group, traditional craniotomy was applied. The related clinical indicators including intraoperative amount of bleeding, operationtime, intracerebral hematoma clearance,ICU time after surgery, the score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),GOS score, and the score of SF-36 living quality questionnaire were observed and recorded.ResultsThe indicators of intraoperative amount of bleeding, operationtime,ICU time after surgery, hematomaclearance, and SF-36 score in the observation group were all superior to those in the control group with statistical differences(P<0.05).The NIHSS score and GOS score evaluating good rate and mortality in the observation group were better than those in the control group with statistical differences(P<0.05).ConclusionCompared with the traditional craniotomy, application of minimally invasive hematoma puncture in the treatment of senile cerebral hemorrhage can obtain a remarkable effect and effectively increase the hematoma clearance at advantages of reducing intraoperative amount of bleeding, shortening operation time, and decreasing patient′s mortality, which can be promoted in clinical practice.
