Analysis on irrational application of traditional Chinese medicine injection for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in clinical departments of orthopedic hospital

Abstract：Objective To analyze the status of traditional Chinese medicine injection of blood circulation and blood stasis in clinical department of orthopedic hospital for the past three years,and to provide reference for promoting clinical rational drug use.Methods Retrospective survey was conducted in the clinical department of the hospital from January 2014 to December 2016,and the clinical data of the hospital were evaluated comprehensively by the number of varieties,sales amount,frequency of drug use and sorting ratio.Results From 2014 to 2016,the number of varieties and annual sales of traditional Chinese medicine injection of blood circulation and blood stasis were decreased year by year.The ranking of sales and the frequency of medication mainly focused on brain surgery,trauma and hand significant surgical;unreasonable number of drugs decreased from 4345 cases to 274 cases.Conclusion The medical institutions should actively adopt the new model of three-level quality control management to carry out gradual standardization of clinical irrational drug use.
