Analysis on the use of hypoglycemic drugs in the Second People′s Hospital of Fuxin City from 2015 to 2016

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical application of diabetes drugs in the hospital and provide basis for the rational use of drugs.MethodsThe usage information of insulin analogues and oral hypoglycemic agent in our hospital computer from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects.The sales amount and proportion of oral hypoglycemic agent and insulin analogues,sales volumes,usage rate and sales amount of various drugs were analyzed.ResultsIn the sales amount of hypoglycemic drug,insulin analogs was close to oral hypoglycemic agent of our hospital in 2015 and 2016,and each accounted for 50%.Among 11 kinds of insulin preparations,the premixed insulin utilization rate was higher,reaching 30%on average.The use rate of protamine zinc insulin was low,coming up to 5%on average.In terms of oral glucose-lowering drugs,biguanide utilization was higher,reaching 50%on average.ConclusionThe hospital has varieties of antiglycemic drugs and can basically meet the demands of rational clinical use.
