Abstract:Objective To explore the risk factors of intrauterine growth retardation so as to provide guidance for clinical practice. Methods 200 cases of pregnant women in our hospital from October 20th 2014 to October 20th 2016 were selected as the subjects of this study. The clinical data of pregnant women were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,39 cases of pregnant women were diagnosed of intrauterine growth retardation (experimental group),and 161 cases of pregnant women were in normal intrauterine development (control group). The risk factors for intrauterine growth retardation were investigated. Results There were significant differences in pre-pregnancy weight, gestational age, pregnancy complications, adverse living habits, microbial infection, gene mutation, placenta previa and placental abruption between the experimental group and the control group (P<0.05);according to Logistic regression analysis of intrauterine growth retardation, the pre-pregnancy weight, gestational age, pregnancy complications, adverse living habits, microbial infection, gene mutation, placenta previa and placental abruption were risk factors leading to intrauterine growth retardation (P<0.05).Conclusion Excessively low pre-pregnancy weight, excessive high gestational age, pregnancy complications, adverse living habits, microbial infection, gene mutation, placenta previa and placental abruption are risk factors leading to intrauterine growth retardation.
