Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of different surgical methods on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.M ethodsA total of 129 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who underwent surgical treatment from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected as objects.Patients were divided into three groups:group A,B and C by random number tablemethod, and there were 43 cases in each group.Patients in group A were given large bone flap craniectomy surgery, group B was given small bone window micro-hematoma removal surgery, while group C was given minimally invasive puncture surgery. The related indexes of operation and clinical effect and the incidence rate of occurrence of patients among three groupswere compared.ResultsThe operation time and hospitalization time of group C were significantly shorter than those of group A and group B,and the intraoperative blood loss of group C was significantly less than that of group A and group B,and the total effective rate in patients of group C was significantly higher than that of group A and group B,and the total effective rate in group B was significantly shorter than those of group A (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference for incidence rate of complications among the three groups(P>0.05).ConclusionThree typesof treatmentof hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, there are significantdifferences in the clinical effect, related indicators of surgery and so on.The treatment effect of minimally invasive surgery is significantly better than the large bone flap craniectomy surgery and small bone window craniotomy hematoma removal surgery. It isworthy of improvementand promotion in clinical treatment.
