Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical efficacy of healthy education care model in old patients with osteoporosis hip fracture,and to explore its application value.Methods70 eldly patients with osteoporosis hip fracture in our hospital from January 1st2014 to January 1st2016 were selected and were randomly divided into the control group (n=35)and the observation group (n=35)by the international alphabet were divided.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given health education care mode.The WOMAC score,recurrence rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.ResultsBefore nursing,there were no significant differences of WOMAC scores between two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the WOMAC scores in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences of recurrence rate between two groups(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionHealth education in elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fracture can significantly improve the total WOMAC score of the hip joint,reduce the recurrence rate of fracture and improve the nursing satisfaction,and it is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.
