Abstract：ObjectiveTo exploring methods for the treatment of long-term dialysis patients with constipation.Methods52 cases of patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)5 were selected,who were taken with maintenance hemodialysis treatment in our hospital from Delember 2015 to Delember 2016,were treated with oral bifidobacterium triple viable enteric capsules for 4 weeks,the stool frequency,character of stool integral,and defecate difficulty were compared between before and after treatment.ResultsAfter treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks compared with before treatment,the patient′s stool frequency and defecate difficulty points were obviously increased,the defecate difficulty points were significantly dropped,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But 4 weeks after treatment compared with 2 weeks after treatment,only defecate difficulty point was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionIntestine microecologic agents can treat dialysis patients with chronic constipation safly and effectively.
