Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze clinical effects of nerve interventional therapy for cerebrovascular diseases.Methods200 patients with cerebrovascular diseases in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2016 were selected as study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment method,100 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with drugs conservative treatment, patients in the observation group were given nerve interventional therapy,Clinical treatment effects, satisfaction, complications and recurrence of two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 92%,significantly higher than 71% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);satisfaction,total incieeace rate of complications and recurrence rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionNerve interventional therapy in the treatment of cerebrovascular disease has significant effect, high satisfaction of patients, high safety, lower incidence rate of complications and risk of recurrence.
