Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate effects of Shenxiong Glucose Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its effect on nerve function and hemorrheology.Methods114 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients in our hospital from December 2014 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into research group and control group, 57 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Troxerutin brain protein hydrolyzate based on conventional therapy,patients in the research group were treated with Shenxiong Glucose Injection combined with Troxerutin brain protein hydrolyzate.The total effective rate,neurological deficit scores,hemorheolog parameter and SF-36 score for evaluating quality of life before and after treatment of two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate in the research group was80.7%,higher than 61.4%in the control group,and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).Therewere no significant difference in neurological deficit scores,hemorheolog parameter and SF-36 score before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment of 15,30 and 60 d,the neurological deficit scores in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the hemorheolog parameter such aswhole blood highshear viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity,hematocrit,platelet aggregation of the research group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);the SF-36 score of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionShenxiong Glucose Injection hasexacteffect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which can effectively restore neurological function,improve hemorrheology,improve the quality of life of patients.It isworthy of clinical popularization and application.
