综合护理干预措施对肝癌介入治疗患者生活质量以及术后并发症的影响

摘要目的探讨综合护理干预措施对肝癌介入治疗患者生活质量以及术后并发症的影响。方法选取2014年1月～2015年12月我院收治的行肝癌介入治疗的128例中晚期原发性肝癌患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各64例。对照组采用常规护理措施，观察组实施综合护理干预，比较两组干预前后的生活质量评分以及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组的并发症发生率为4.69％，显著低于对照组的15.62％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组干预后的生活质量评分显著高于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组干预后的生活质量评分显著高于对照组干预后，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论综合护理干预措施可以明显降低肝癌介入治疗患者的术后并发症发生率，改善患者的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on life quality and postoperative complications of patients with liver cancer in interventional therapy.M ethods 128 patients with intermediate and advanced primary liver cancer in interventional therapy from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospitalwere selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,64 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The score of life quality and the incidence rate of postoperative complication in the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results The incidence rate of complication in the observation group was 4.69％,which was lower than 15.62％in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The scores of life quality of the two groups after intervention was higher than that before intervention,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The scores of life quality in the observation group after intervention was higher than that in the control group after intervention,with significant difference (P＜0.01).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention measures can significantly reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications,and improve the life quality of patients with liver cancer in interventional therapy,and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
