Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of infantile diarrhea.Methods 92 infantile patients with diarrhea admitted into our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided to the observation group and the control group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given regular nursing intervention,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.7%,which was higher than 76.1% of control group,the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The recovery time of diarrhea,length of stay in observation group was shorter than the control group,and medical expenses in the observation group was less than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of infantile diarrhea can significantly improve the clinical efficiency,and promote the recovery of children in a timely manner.
