临床护理路径在支气管哮喘患儿中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨临床护理路径在支气管哮喘患儿中的应用效果。方法选择2014年2月～2015年3月于我院接受治疗的92例支气管哮喘患儿，将其随机分为实验组和对照组，各46例。对照组接受常规护理干预，实验组严格遵循临床护理路径模式接受个性化护理干预，观察两组患儿的生命质量、住院天数、住院费用、健康教育评分、治疗依从性、护理满意度。结果干预后，两组各项生命质量评分均显著高于入院前（P＜0.05），且实验组各项生命质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。实验组的住院天数短于对照组，住院费用少于对照组，监护人健康教育评分高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组的治疗依从性、护理满意度均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论采用临床护理路径模式护理支气管哮喘患儿，可以明显缩短住院时间，提高护理满意度，提升其治疗后的生命质量，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To study the application effect of clinical nursing pathway on the children with bronchial asthma.Methods 92 children with bronchial asthma in our hospital from February 2014 and March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group，with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention，while the study group was given personal nursing intervention on the basic of the clinical nursing pathway strictly.The quality of life，hospitalization days，hospitalization expenses，health knowledge score，treatment compliance，nursing satisfaction in two groups was observed after the nursing intervention.Results The quality of life score in two groups was significantly higher than that of before admission（P＜0.05），and quality of life score in study group was higher than that of control group（P＜0.05）.The hospitalization days in study group was significantly shorter than the control group，the hospitalization expense was significantly lower than the control group，and the guardian health education score was higher than the control group，the differences between two groups were significant (P＜0.05).The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction in study group was significantly higher than the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway for nursing in children with bronchial asthma can significantly shorten the hospital stay，improve the nursing satisfaction and the quality of life after the intervention.It is worth extending in clinical.
