Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of cluster intervention measures in preventing ICU multi drug resistant bacteria infection. Methods 100 patients from May 2015 to April 2016 of ICU in our hospitalwere prospective selected.Patients were divided into two groups according to cluster intervention mode，and each group was 50 cases.Patients in control group were used routine nursingmethod，and patients in observation group were used cluster interventionmeasures.The rate ofmulti drug resistant bacteria infection，incidence rate of complications and hospital stay in two groupswere compared.Results The incidence rate of infection in observation group was obvious lower than that of control group，and the difference was statistical significance（P＜0.01）；themean hospital stay in observation group was lower than that of control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The incidence rate of complications in observation group was obvious lower than that of control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Using cluster intervention measures for ICU patients can preventmulti drug resistant bacteria infection effectively，decrease the incidence rate of complications and with obvious clinical effects.
