Abstract：Objective To explore the details of patientswith acute pancreatitis care effect，for clinical reference and research. Methods 110 patientswith acute pancreatitiswere selected from December 2014 to February 2016 in the hospital，and were randomly divided into two groups，the control group，55 cases of acute pancreatitiswere treated with routine care intervention，55 patients of observed group were given nursing intervention details，all patients with differentmethods of treatment of disease-related knowledge and awareness，quality of care score，total effective rate and the difference between the incidence were compared.Results Disease-related knowledge of observation group was higher than thay of control group，with the significant difference（P＜0.05），the total effective care rate and satisfaction scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of control group （P＜0.05），while the incidence of complications observed in patientswas significantly lower than that of control group （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Application of details acute care for patients has a certain effect，can effectively improve patient outcomes，so as to stabilize the patient′s condition can be applied to promote.
