Abstract:Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is the most common female endocrine disorders disease,is a common cause of menstrual disorders and infertility in women of childbearing age.Genetic and endocrine factors play a key role in the pathogenesis of PCOS.Low progesterone levels in patients with PCOS lead to overstimulation of the immune system to produce more estrogen, resulting in a variety of autoantibodies.Different antibodies have been found in PCOS patients, for example, antinuclear antibodies(ANA),anti-thyroid antibodies,anti-sperm antibodies,anti-ovarian antibodies,anti-islet cell antibodies, but these antibodies could affect the long-term treatment of these patients, therefore, different levels of antibodies in patients with PCOS have brought new insights into the personalized treatment of diseases.
