二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果观察

摘要目的探究二甲双胍联合克罗米芬对多囊卵巢综合征的治疗效果。方法选取2015年3月～2017年1月在我院治疗的116名多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象，随机将其平均分为观察组和对照组，每组各58例。对照组患者给予克罗米芬治疗，观察组患者在此基础上联合应用二甲双胍治疗。比较两组患者的激素、子宫内膜厚度水平变化程度、排卵率、妊娠率以及不良药物反应发生情况。结果经过3个疗程的治疗后，观察组患者的FINS、T、FSH、LH、子宫内膜增加厚度变化均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的排卵率（72.41%）、妊娠率（39.66%）均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者发生不良药物反应9例，对照组发生不良药物反应7例，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论将二甲双胍与克罗米芬联合应用治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床效果良好，能提高患者的排卵率和妊娠率，安全有效，值得在临床进一步推广应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the therapeutic effect of Metformin combined with Clomiphene on polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods116 patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome treated in our hospital from March 2015 to January 2017 were selected as objects and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,58 in each group.The control group was given Clomiphene treatment,observation group on the basis of the combination of Metformin.The two groups of patients with hormone,degree of change,endometrial thickness level of ovulation rate and pregnancy rate and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared.ResultsAfter 3 courses of treatment,in the observation group,the changes of FINS,T,FSH,LH,endometrial thickness were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The observation group ovulation rate (72.41%),the pregnancy rate(39.66%)were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The observation group occurred in 9 cases of adverse drug reactions,while in the control group of 7 cases,the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).ConclusionThe combination of Metformin and Clomiphene on polycystic ovarian syndrome comprehensive clinical effect is good,can improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,safe and effective,worthy of further clinical application.
