Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of individualized rehabilitation nursing on patients with diabetic nephropathy renal function and quality of life in patientswith diabetic nephropathy. Methods 106 patients from January to August 2013 in our hospital were selected as the research object，according to the admission time were divided into two groups.The control group（53 cases）were given conventional rehabilitation nursing，the observation group（53 cases）were given individualized rehabilitation nursing care on the basis of conventional care，the determination of the two groups before and after treatment in patientswith serum creatinine（Scr），blood urea nitrogen（BUN），differences in renal function index 24 h urine protein，and quality of life scale （SF-36）were compared.Results After nursing care after，the observation group of patients with Scr，BUN，renal function indexes 24 h urine protein were compared with the control group showed no significant difference （P＞0.05）.Two groups of patients after nursing SF-36 quality of life score were significantly changed good，compared with the score before nursing has significant difference （P＜0.05）.Patients in the observation group after the nursing quality of life scorewas significantly higher than that of control group，the difference was significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Individualized rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the blood of patients with diabetic nephropathy quality of lifemore significantly，it isworthy of clinical promotion.
