摘要目的探讨益气养阴消癥通络法治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果。方法选取本院2013年2月～2016年2月收治的56例糖尿病肾病患者，按照入院先后顺序分为实验组与对照组各28例，在常规糖尿病治疗的基础上，对照组给予厄贝沙坦片和中药安慰剂，实验组给予益气养阴消癥通络中药方治疗。比较两组患者血糖指标、肾功能变化以及治疗效果之间的差异。结果实验组总有效率为92.86%，明显优于对照组的71.43%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者FBS、2 h PBG、HbA1c以及尿蛋白排泄率（UAER）治疗后较治疗前均有显著降低（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后各指标比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。两组患者治疗后BUN水平与治疗前比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；组间治疗后BUN水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。实验组和对照组SCr水平分别为（69.33± 10.13）μmol/L和（73.98±10.07）μmol/L，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组治疗后SCr水平较其治疗前有显著改善（P＜0.05）。结论益气养阴消癥通络法在治疗糖尿病肾病方面对患者血糖、肾功能效果与厄贝沙坦相似，但治疗效果相对明显，适合在临床上推广应用。
Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore effect of Yiqi Yangyin Xiaozheng Tongluo in treating early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 56 patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2016 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to admission order,and each group was 28 cases.On the basis of routine treatment of diabetic,patients in the control group were given Irbesartan Tablet and traditional Chinese medicine placebo,and patients in the experimental group were given Yiqi Yangyin Xiaozheng Tongluo Decoction.Blood glucose index,changes of renal function and effects difference between two groups were compared.Results Total effective rate in the experimental group was 92.86%,obvious better than 71.43%in the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,all of FBS,2 h PBG,HbA1c and UAER in two groups decreased obviously compared with before treatment(P＜0.05),while the index between two groups had no obvious difference after treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,level of BUN in two groups had no obvious difference compared with before treatment(P＞0.05);there was no significant difference in BUN level after treatment between two groups(P＞0.05).Level of SCr in the experimental group and the control group was respectively(69.33±10.13)μmol/L and(73.98±10.07)μmol/L,and the difference was obvious(P＜0.05);level of SCr in the experimental group was significantly improved after treatment than before treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion In treating diabetic nephropathy,Yiqi Yangyin Xiaozheng Tongluo Decoction and Irbesartan have similar effect on patients′blood glucose and renal function,but curative effect is relatively obvious and suitable for clinical use.
