Abstract:Objective To investigate efficacy of families health interventions combined attendance for community diabetes with depression patients. Methods In our community,112 cases of diabetes with depression patients as object of study from October 2014 to December 2015,and were divided into research group and control group, according to differentmethod of nursing,56 cases in each group. The control group were treated with routine primary care, while research group were treated with families health interventions based on routine primary care.HAMD scale was used to assess patients′depression level. The fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucos(PBG),glycated hemoglobin level and HAMD score of two groups were compared. Results Before attendancethere was no significant difference between two groups in FBG,2 h PBG,glycated hemoglobin level and HAMD score(P>0.05).The FBG[(5.76±1.23)mmol/L],2 h PBG[(7.61±1.82)mmol/L],glycated hemoglobin level[(5.01±1.04)%]of research group were lower than that of control group after attendance(P<0.01).The HAMD score of research group after attendance was lower than those of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Families health interventions combined attendance has exact effect for community diabetes with depression patients. It helps to decrease blood sugar level and relieve depression. It′sworthy of clinicalwidely used.
