Abstract：Objective To study the results of spinal-diagnose&chiropractic-manipulation in treating the palpitation due to spines disorders.Methods 106 patients with palpitation due to spines disorders collected in our hospital outpatient from October 2012 to December 2015 were randomly divided into chiropractic-manipulation treatment group and acupuncture control group according to random number table，with 53 cases in each group.Patients in the chiropracticmanipulation treatment group were treated by the characteristics spinal-diagnose&chiropractic-manipulation therapy of our hospital，patients in the acupuncture control group were treated by routine acupuncture therapy.Both of two groups were treated once a day，ten days were a course of treatment.After two courses of treatment，the curative effectwas observed.Results The total effective rate in the chiropractic-manipulation treatment group was 98.11%，while 86.79%in the acupuncture control group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.01）in two groups.Conclusion The treatment effect of spinal-diagnose&chiropractic-manipulation therapy for palpitation due to spines disorders is significant，and it isworthy to popularize in clinic.
