足三里穴针刺运动疗法联合刺络拔罐治疗肩周炎的效果观察

摘要目的探讨足三里穴针刺运动疗法联合刺络放血拔罐治疗肩关节周围炎的临床效果。方法选取2014年2月～2016年3月我院收治的肩关节周围炎患者90例，随机分为对照1组、对照2组、观察组，各30例。常规治疗基础上对照1组采用刺络放血拔罐治疗，对照2组采用针刺运动疗法针刺足三里穴，观察组应用针刺运动疗法针刺足三里联合局部痛点刺络放血拔罐。10 d为1个疗程，持续治疗两个疗程后评定疗效。结果对照1组有效率为56.67%，对照2组有效率为70.00%，观察组有效率为96.67%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；随访6个月，对照1组痊愈8例中复发6例，复发率为75.00%；对照2组痊愈13例中复发6例，复发率为46.00%；观察组痊愈22例中复发2例，复发率为9.00%；6个月随访复发率两对照组明显高于观察组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论针刺足三里穴结合刺络放血拔罐治疗肩关节周围炎临床疗效显著，且复发率低，值得临床推广。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the therapy of acupuncture Zusanli joint sting clinical efficacy inflammation around the shoulder joint network bloodletting cupping.Methods90 patients with periarthritis from February 2014 to March 2016 treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group 1,control group 2,observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group 1 were received bloodletting and cupping therapy based on original treatment,the control group 2 were received exercise therapy acupuncture Zusanli,observation group were received exercise therapy of acupuncture zusanli combined with local pain points bloodletting cupping,for 10 days as a course,continuous treatment of 2 courses,the effects were evaluated.ResultsThe effective rate of control group 1 was 56.67%,the control group 2 was 70.00%,the observation group was 96.67%,the difference was siginificant(P<0.05);follow-up for half a year,the control 1 group recovered was 8 cases,6 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 75.00%,the control 2 recoverde was 13 cases,6 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 46.00%,2 cases of the observation group recovered was 22 cases,2 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 9.00%,the control group were higher than that of observation group,with differences statisticant(P<0.05).ConclusionZusanli acupoint combined with prickingblood and cup-ping therapy is a simple and effective way to treat scapulohumeral periarthritis and the clinical effect is significant.It′sworth popularized in clinic.
