肌肉拉伸疗法联合推拿针灸治疗肩关节周围炎的效果

摘要目的探讨肌肉拉伸疗法联合推拿针灸治疗肩关节周围炎的效果。方法选择2013年2月～2014年10月在本院接受治疗的62例肩关节周围炎患者，按照治疗方案的不同，将其分成对照组与观察组，每组31例。对照组采用推拿针灸进行治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合肌肉拉伸疗法。比较两组患者的临床疗效与不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗后的VAS、ADL评分改善程度大于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的总有效率为93.55%，明显高于对照组的74.19%（P<0.05）。观察组的不良反应发生率为9.68%，明显低于对照组的32.26%（P<0.05）。结论肌肉拉伸疗法联合推拿针灸治疗肩关节周围炎，不仅能够帮助患者改善其疼痛情况与日常生活活动能力，还能明显提高其临床效果，降低不良反应发生率。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of muscle stretch therapy combined with massage acupuncture in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.MethodsFrom February 2013 to October 2014,62 cases with periarthritis of shoulder treated in our hospital were selected.According to the difference of treatment plan,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,and there were 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with massage acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with muscle stretch therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe improve ment of VAS,ADL score in the observation group was larger than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.68%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionMuscle stretch therapy combined with massage acupuncture in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder can not only help to improve the pain and ability of daily life activities in patients，but also can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions.
