Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction treating apoplectic sequela,and to provide the basis for clinical application.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with apoplectic sequela admitted inyo our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as object.According to the different treatment methods,the patients in the control group(n=100)were given acupuncture and conventional therapy,while the observation group(n=100)was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of acupuncture,the two groups of patients were evaluated after 2 months of treatment.Results The score of physical function,body pain and social function were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05). The general health status,vitality,social function,emotion(P＞0.05).In the observation group,the total effective rate of the observation group(96.0%)was obviously higher than that of the control group(67.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).Indicating that the addition of Buyang Huanwu Decoction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients.Conclusion Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupunture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of apoplectic sequela obtains an significant clinical effect,and it is worthy of promotion the application.
