Abstract：Objective To investigate the application status of cryoprecipitated antihemophilic factor in the past four years in Zhaoqing Area,to analyse existing problems and to provide an effective reference for the formulation of blood components inventory plan and guideline for the use of clinical blood products.Methods The clinical blood volume and preparation volume in Zhaoqing Area from January 2013 to December 2016 were analyzed statistically.Results From January 2013 to December 2016,the use of cryoprecipitated antihemophilic factor in Zhaoqing Area increased from 34 974 U to 50 489 U,and the satisfaction rate decreased from 107%to 98%.The fresh frozen plasma prepared in 13 hours after collection was used as raw material slurry for preparing cryoprecipitated antihemophilic factor starch.The total amount of fresh frozen plasma prepared by cryoprecipitated antihemophilic factor in Zhaoqing Area increased by 3 270 200 ml,the increase from 24%to 36%,which improved the preparation of cryoprecipitated antihemophilic factor.Conclusion With the improvement of medical level and the implementation of the composition of blood transfusion,the use of cryoprecipitated antihemophilic factor in Zhaoqing Area will continue to increase.Therefore,the blood bank should be to ensure blood quality and quality of service,while the cryoprecipitated antihemophilic factor should be carried out indepth investigation of the use of clinical scientific and rational use of blood products to provide guidance,so as to ensure that blood products can be rational and effective use,and reduce the risk.
