针刺理筋加独活寄生汤治疗产后腰痛的临床效果

摘要目的探讨针刺理筋加独活寄生汤治疗产后腰痛的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月～2017年1月在我院中医科治疗的60例产后腰痛患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，各30例。对照组仅采用独活寄生汤治疗，研究组采用针刺理筋联合独活寄生汤治疗，比较两组的VAS评分、治疗总有效率及复发率。结果研究组治疗后的VAS评分低于对照组治疗后，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组的治疗总有效率为83.3%，高于对照组的63.3%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组的复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论针刺理筋结合独活寄生汤治疗产后腰痛效果明显，复发率低，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore clinical effect of acupuncture and regulation tendon plus Duhuojisheng Decoction in the treatment of postpartum lumbago.MethodsFrom January 2015 to January 2017,60 patients with postpartum lumbago treated in Department of traditional Chinese medicine of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,30 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with Duhuojisheng Decoction,the study was treated with acupuncture and regulation tendon plus Duhuojisheng Decoction.The VAS score,the total effective rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe VAS score after treatment in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 83.3%,which was higher than 63.3%of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe effect of acupuncture and regulation tendon plus Duhuojisheng Decoction in the treatment of postpartum lumbago is significant,the recurrence rate is low,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
