糖皮质激素与乌司他丁联合治疗小儿重症肺炎的效果观察

摘要目的分析糖皮质激素联合乌司他丁治疗小儿重症肺炎患者激素的临床效果。方法随机抽取2014年12月～2016年12月在我院收治的2～59个月小儿重症肺炎患者120例，将其随机分为两组，每组60例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在此基础上联合糖皮质激素及乌司他丁治疗。比较两组的总有效率，相关症状、体征的缓解时间。结果治疗后，观察组的总有效率为98.3%，显著高于对照组的80.0%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组发热、呼吸困难、低氧血症的缓解时间较对照组缩短（P＜0.05）。结论糖皮质激素联合乌司他丁治疗对小儿重症肺炎的效果显著，可迅速缓解症状，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical effect of Glucocorticoid combined with Ulinastatin in the treatment of children with severe pneumonia.Methods120 children with severe pneumonia aged 2～59 months treated in our hospital from December 2014 December 2016 were randomly selected and they were randomly divided them into two groups, and there were 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Glucocorticoid combined with Ulinastatin on the basis of this.The total effective rate,the remission time of relative symptoms and signs were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 98.3%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (80.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The remission time of fever,dyspnea,hypoxemia in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05).ConclusionGlucocorticoid combined with Ulinastatin in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children is effective,and it can alleviate symptoms quickly.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
