Abstract:Objective To study and discuss the effect of continuous nursing on self-care ability and health behavior of patientswith chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 200 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from January 2013 to June 2015 in our hospitalwere selected as the research object,the patientswere randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,and each group had 100 cases.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given continuous nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The total score of life quality and the score of self-care ability,health behavior and self efficacy was respectively compared between the two groups.Results The total score of life quality and the score of self-care ability,health behavior in the observation group was(80.24±6.71)score,(157.61±12.09)score,(184.69±11.87)score,respectively higher than thatwas(67.82±6.03)score,(144.27±11.85)score,(172.56±11.05)score in the control group(P<0.05).The score of self-efficacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease after discharge,the implementation of continuous nursing can effectively improve the life quality of patients,and can improve the patient′s self-care ability,self-efficacy and health behavior.
