Abstract:Objective To explore the experience of usingmental nursing enhancing successful rate of intravenous puncture in children.Methods 300 children patients with outpatient treatment from January to June in 2015 of transfusion room were selected,and they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.Each group was 150 cases.Children patients,their parents and nurses in intervention group were given psychological evaluation and corresponding psychological nursing,while patients in control group were given routine transfusion.Infusion coordination degree,successful rate of intravenous puncture and satisfaction rate of children′patients in two groupswere compared.Results The treatment compliance rate(71.10%)and successful rate(90.40%)of once intravenous puncture(90.40%)in intervention group were obvious higher than control group(57.20%,72.90%),the satisfaction rate of children′patients (93.96%)was higher than control group(85.41%),and the difference was statistical significance when compared between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Mental nursing is suitable in pediatrics,the emotion of children patients,their parents and nurses is direct influence on the success rate of vein puncture.Using differentmental intervention can improve the successful rate of children intravenous puncture effectively.
