Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy ofmicrowave therapy for treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory hydrosalpinx.M ethods 200 patients of hydrosalpinx patients from January 2013 to June 2015 admitted to the clinic for the study,were randomly divided into two groups of 100 patients in each group,the control group received conventional drug therapy,the observation group received microwave therapy drug treatment on the basis of the control group. After 3months of treatment,tubal pelvic B ultrasound imaging,serum estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),progesterone(P)were compared to determine efficacy.Results The two groups of patients before treatment for E2,FSH,LH,P showed no significant change.After treatment group,FSH and LH were significantly increased with the difference between before treatment and the control group after treatment(P<0.05);the total effective rate with clinical in observation group was 100.0%,significantly higher than that was 92.0%in the control group,the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Microwave therapy in the treatment of hydrosalpinx can improve ovarian function,clinical efficacy is obvious,with worthy of promotion.
