Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of Dydrogesterone in the treatment of infertility patients due to hypofunction of ovarian reserve in the regimen of ovulation induction.MethodsFrom January 2016 to February 2017,213 cases of infertility patients due to hypofunction of ovarian reserve in our hospital were selected as research objects.According to the admission time,they were divided into group A and group B.The patients in group A were treated by Dydrogesterone combined with injection of urofollitropin for ovulation (n=144),the patients in group B were implemented antagonist regimen(n=69).The difference of therapeutic effect in the two groups was analyzed.ResultsDuring ovulation induction,no one was presented with LH peak.The number of ova,number of mature ova,number of fertilization,number of cleavage,rate of ovum-plantation,rate of mature ova,rate of fertilization,rate of cleavage,and rate of high quality embryos in the two groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The embryo resuscitation success rate,embryo implantation rate and biochemical pregnancy rate of two groups in PET period were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The clinical pregnancy rate in group A was higher than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionIn the process of ovulation,high progesterone status created by Dydrogesterone for ovulaton induction can effective inhibit the LH peak.What′s more,the clinical pregnancy rate in Dydrogesterone combined group is higher than that in the antagonist group,and is favorable regimen for ovulation induction.
