Abstract:Objective To explore the efficacy of uterine artery interventional treatment in uterine incision pregnancy. Methods 134 patients with uterine incision pregnancy in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method with 67 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received methotrexate lesion intervention.Patients in the observation group received uterine artery intervention+curettage. The clinical indexes before and after treatment, treatment effect and complications were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of serumβ-HCG and progesterone of patients in two groups were decreased, and those in the observation group [(143.7±21.5)U/L,(5.8±0.6)nmol/L]were lower than those in the control group[(271.9±34.8)U/L,(7.1±1.0)nmol/L];the amount of bleeding during operation[(68.5±7.1)ml]and hospital costs [(14 502.6±1137.9)Yuan]in the observation group were less than those in the control group [(189.2±10.3)ml,(16 387.2±1305.4)Yuan].The time of hospitalization, serum β-HCG,progesterone and menstruation returning to normal [(11.7±1.6),10.7±1.2),(5.7±1.3),(52.6±4.3)d]in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group [(15.3±2.1),(13.6±1.4),(7.9±1.1),(70.8±5.9)d];the incidence of complications in the observation group (3.0%)was lower than that in the control group(11.9%),and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Uterine artery interventional treatment has significant effect in uterine incision pregnancy, which has the advantages of small wound, fast recovery, economy, safety and so on.It is worthy of clinical application.
