追踪方法学在缺血性脑血管病介入治疗患者护理中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨应用追踪方法学对缺血性脑血管病介入治疗患者进行护理的效果。方法选择我院神经内科2014年1月～2016年1月行介入治疗的缺血性脑血管病患者120例，将其随机分成对照组和实验组各60例，对照组患者给予术后常规护理，实验组患者在术后常规护理的基础上，应用追踪方法学进行护理干预。对两组患者的术后并发症发生率、对护理工作的满意度、对缺血性脑血管病介入治疗的知识掌握水平及治疗效果进行对比分析。结果实验组患者的护理满意度、并发症发生率分别为97%（58/60）和3%（2/60）；对照组患者的护理满意度、并发症发生率分别为83%（50/60）和13%（8/60），实验组均明显优于对照组，两者比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组对缺血性脑血管病的防治知识掌握程度均显著优于对照组，实验组的治疗效果明显优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在缺血性脑血管病介入治疗患者中应用追踪方法学进行护理，能提高患者对缺血性脑血管病防治知识的掌握程度，降低并发症的发生率，提高患者对护理工作的满意度，提高治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo discuss the effect of the application tracking methodology for nursing in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease intervention.MethodsLines of interventional treatment of 120 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease in our hospital neurology from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,60 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care,patients in experimental group were given the nursing intervention using tracking methodology,on the basis of postoperative conventional nursing.The incidence of postoperative complications in patients of the two groups,the nursing job satisfaction,to the knowledge level of interventional treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease and therapeutic effect were analyzed.ResultsThe rate of patients satisfaction with nursing,complication rates in the experimental group were 97%(58/ 60)and 3%(2/60),control group were 83%(50/60)and 13%(8/60)respectively;both comparative differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.Ischemic cerebrovascular disease prevention and control knowledge levels of experimental group were significantly better than the control group,the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than control group,two groups of comparative differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionIntervention tracking methodology,can improve the ischemic cerebrovascular disease prevention and control of the master degree of knowledge of patients,reduce the incidence of complications and improve patients satisfaction of nursing work,improve the treatment effect,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
