Abstract:Objective To explore impact of full thoracoscopicminimally invasive treatment on short and long term curative of patients with early stage (Ⅰ-Ⅱ stage)lung cancer.M ethods 128 cases ofⅠ-Ⅱ stage lung cancer patients were selected in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 and divided into surgical treatment thoracotomy lobectomy (thoracotomy group,n=62)and full thoracoscopic lobectomy treatment(full thoracoscopic group,n=66).The sugery condition, complication rate and 3-year overall survival(OS),disease-free survival(DFS),local recurrence-free survival (LRFS),distantmetastasis-free survival(DMFS)of two groupswere compared. Results Introoperative blood loss, postoperative hospital stay in full thoracoscopic group were lower than those in thoracotomy group (t=5.986,4.563,P<0.05),postoperative pain score(VAS)was lower than that in thoracotomy group(t=6.325,P<0.05),while operation time, number of lymph node dissection, tube time in two groupswere no significant difference(t=0.325,0.242,0.162,P>0.05).Postoperative complication rate in full thoracoscopic group with 15.15%was lower than 45.16%in thoracotomy group(χ2=13.793,P<0.05).The 3-year OS,DFS,LRFS,DMFS and recurrence rate of two groups were no significant difference(χ2= 0.068,0.035,0.134,0.001,0.042,P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional open surgery, thewhole thoracic surgery in treatment ofⅠ-Ⅱstage lung cancer has obvious advantageswithminimally invasive.
