Abstract:Objective To analyze the correlation between gestational hypertension and pregnancy outcomes, and explore its clinical applicability.M ethods By a random sampling,100 puerperae with gestational hypertension admitted into our hospital for delivery from January 2012 to December 2015 were selected as observation group.Another group of 100 puerperae in normal gestation in our hospital during the same period was classified into control group.Every index of mother′s and infant′s outcomes and mother′s and infant′s outcomes in different degrees of gestational hypertension in the observation group were recorded. The collected outcomeswere analyzed and compared. Results There was no obvious difference in placental abruption and perinatalmortality(P>0.05).However,the incidences of premature delivery, cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia and low birth weight infant were much higher than those of control group, which were displayed statistical differences(P<0.05).In the observation group, among 100 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension,37(37.0%)caseswere in gestational hypertension, and the restwas preeclampsia accounting for 63.0%.The degrees of pregnancy-induced hypertension were defined asmild, moderate and severe with 37,31,and 32 cases in turn. There was a statistical difference in adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with different degrees of pregnancy-induced hypertension (P<0.05).Conclusion The severity of gestational pregnancy has a positive correlation with influencing degree of pregnancy outcomes, therefore, some related measures should be taken in order to prevent gestational hypertension at an early stage and finally improve the prognosis inmother and infant.
