Clinical effect of continuous renal rep lacement therapy combined w ith blood perfusion in the treatment of elderly patients w ith diabetes and multiple organ failure

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of continuous renal replacement therapy combined with blood perfusion in the treatmentof elderly patientswith diabetes and multiple organ failure.M ethods 70 elderly patientswith diabetes andmultiple organ failure from October 2012 to October 2014 in our hospitalwere selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number tablemethod，35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with blood perfusion，the observation group was treated with continuous renal replacement therapy combined with blood perfusion，the treatment effectwas compared between the two groups.Results The level of K+，urea nitrogen，serum creatinine after treatment in the two groupswas lower than that before treatment，the level of HCO3-after treatment in the two groupswas higher than that before treatment，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.The level of K+，urea nitrogen，serum creatinine after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment，the level of HCO3-after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The score of APACHEⅡafter treatment in the two groupswas lower than that before treatment，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.The score of APACHEⅡafter treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.The incidence rate of complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，with significant difference （P＜0.05）. Conclusion Continuous renal replacement therapy combined blood perfusion is effective methods in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes and multiple organ failure，which can improve clinical indications，while the prognosis is good and safe，it isworthy of clinical promotion and application.
