Abstract:Objective To explore the application situation of invasive cardiac electrophysiological examination in diagnosis of cardiac arrhythmias.M ethods 200 patients with cardiac arrhythmias from February 2012 to July 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research group, the invasive cardiac electrophysiological examination was performed, and the specific cases were analyzed retrospectively. Results 178 patients were examined during the onset of palpitation, esophageal lead electrocardiogram showed 112 cases of atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia,66 cases of atrioventricular reentry tachycardia.8 patients underwent invasive cardiac electrophysiological examination due to intermittent palpitation, tachycardia was induced in the invasive cardiac electrophysiological examination, esophageal lead and body surface electrocardiogram showed 2 cases of atrioventricular nodal tachycardia,1 cases of atrial tachycardia.180 cases of paroxysmal arrhythmia underwent cardiac electrophysiology,36 cases was atrioventricular nodal pathways.8 cases occurred tachycardia during the examination, and there was no sinus arrest and ventricular fibrillation. Conclusion Invasive cardiac electrophysiological examination can be good used to diagnose the disease of patientswith arrhythmia, with simple operation, high accuracy, which is safe and effective,it isworthy of clinical promotion and application.
