Abstract：Objective To investigate the security analysis and life quality effect of Valsartan combined with Carvedilol treatment for chronic heart failure patients. Methods 118 cases of chronic heart failure patients in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were randomly divided into research group and control group，each was 59 cases.Control group were treated with Valsartan based on conventional therapy.Research group were treated with Valsartan combined with Carvedilol based on conventional therapy.Life quality of patients in the two groups was measured by SF-36 scale. The life quality，ST-segment depression，NYHA and adverse reactions rate of two groups were compared. Results After 8 weeks treatment，the SF-36 scale score of research group was higher than control group［（0.36±0.05）mV vs（0.50±0.09）mV；（2.31±0.23）levels vs（2.87±0.49）levels，P＜0.05］.The ST- segment depression，NYHA of research group were lower than those of control group（P＜0.05）.There was no adverse reaction patients in the two groups. Conclusion Valsartan combined with Carvedilol treatment has exact effect for chronic heart failure patients.It can improve life quality and heart function without adverse reaction.It′s worthy of clinical widely used.
