Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of Indapamide combined with Amlodipine in treating hypertension complicated with coronary artery disease. Methods Data of 88 hypertension complicated with coronary artery disease patients from May 2013 to May 2015 of our hospital were analyzed.Patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table.Patients in control group were given Nifedipine Controlled Released Tablets，and patients in experimental group were given Indapamide combined with Amlodipine.The clinical treatment effect of two groups was analyzed. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 93.2% （41/44），which was obvious higher than that was 72.7%（32/44）in control group，and the difference was statistical significant（P＜0.05）.Before treatment，the blood pressure level in two groups had no statistical significance（P＞0.05）；after treatment，the blood pressure in two groups improved obviously（P＜0.05），and the experimental group was better than control group（P＜0.01）. The incidence rate of adverse effects between two groups had no statistical significance（4.5%vs 6.8%，P＞0.05）. Conclusion Using Indapamide combined with Amlodipine in treating hypertension complicated with coronary artery disease has obvious effects and is worth to study and popularize.
