美托洛尔联合培哚普利吲达帕胺治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床观察

摘要目的研究美托洛尔联合培哚普利吲达帕胺治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2014年3月～2016年4月我院心血管内科收治的80例冠心病心力衰竭患者作为研究对象，将其按入院时间分为观察组与对照组，每组40例。观察组患者使用美托洛尔联合培哚普利吲达帕胺进行治疗；对照组患者仅使用美托洛尔进行治疗。对比观察两组患者治疗后的总有效率；治疗前后的左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDd）、左心室收缩末期内径（LVEDsd）、左室射血分数（LVEF）；治疗前后的心率（HR）、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）。结果观察组患者的总有效率为97.50%，对照组为82.50%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组患者的LVEDd、LVEDsd、LVEF、HR、SBP、DBP差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗后，观察组患者的LVEDd、LVEDsd、LVEF、HR、SBP、DBP均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论美托洛尔联合培哚普利吲达帕胺治疗冠心病心力衰竭能够显著提高治疗的总有效率，改善患者的临床症状，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical effect of Metoprolol combined with Perindopril and Indapamide in treatment of heart failure caused by coronary heart disease.MethodsFrom March 2014 to April 2016,80 patients with heart failure caused by coronary heart disease who were admitted into our hospital were selected and they were divided into observation group and control group,each group had 40 cases.The observation group was treated with combined with Perindopril and Indapamide,while the control group was treated with Metoprolol.The total effective rate after treatment,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVEDsd),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),heart rate (HR),systolic blood pressure (SBP)before and after treatment between two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,the control group was 82.50%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,LVEDd, LVEDsd,LVEF,HR,SBP and DBP between the two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05),after treatment, LVEDd,LVEDsd,LVEF,HR,SBP and DBP in the observation group were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionMetoprolol combined with Perindopril and Indapamide in treatment of heart failure caused by coronary heart disease can significantly improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
