Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of personalized comfort nursing in gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients.Methods A total of 110 gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients admitted to the Second People′s Hospital from June 2019 and January 2020 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the reference group (55 cases) and the study group (55 cases).The reference group adopted conventional nursing,while the study group adopted individual comfort nursing,and the operation,comfort,mood and pain status of the two groups were compared.Results The Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA),Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and visual analogue scale (VAS) scores of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,Kolcaba′s general comfort questionnaire (GCQ) score was higher than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The operation time and hospital stay of the research group were shorter than those of the reference group,and the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Taking individualized comfort nursing is of positive clinical value to improve the operation of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopy,improve their comfort,relieve pain and mood.
