南昌市社区护士对压力性损伤认知状况的调查研究

摘要目的了解南昌市社区卫生服务中心护士对压力性损伤知识与技能掌握情况。方法 2019年11月～2020年3月，采用自行编制的调查问卷对南昌市15 家社区卫生服务中心189 名护士进行问卷调查，分析社区护士对压力性损伤知识与技能的掌握情况。结果社区护士对压力性损伤知识与技能平均得分（69.60±13.87）分。不同年龄、学历的社区护士对压力性损伤知识与技能得分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护士得分低于护师与主管护师，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；一级及以下社区卫生服务中心护士得分低于三甲医院兼并的社区护士，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。社区护士“压力性损伤分期”知识点掌握最差，正确率48.15%，“创面治疗”正确率53.97%，“失禁护理”正确率58.20%。22.75%的护士获得压力性损伤知识来源于单一书本教育；97.35%的护士有意愿参加学习；94.71%的护士希望护理困难时能及时得到远程指导。结论南昌市社区卫生服务中心护士的压力性损伤知识与技能掌握亟待提高。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the nurses from community health service centers in Nanchang on their knowledge and skills of pressure injury.Methods From November 2019 to March 2020,a self-developed questionnaire was used to conduct a questionnaire survey of 189 nurses in 15 community health service centers in Nanchang,and the community nurses′ knowledge and skills on stress injuries were analyzed.Results The average score of knowledge and skills of community nurses on pressure injury was(69.60±13.87)points.There were no statistical differences in the scores of community nurses of different ages and educational backgrounds on the knowledge and skills of stress injuries(P＞0.05);the scores of nurses were lower than those of nurses and supervisors,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the scores of nurses in community health service centers of level 1 and below were lower than those of community nurses merged by tertiary hospitals,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The community nurses had the worst knowledge of stages of pressure injury,the correct rate was 48.15%,the correct rate of "wound treatment" was 53.97%,and the correct rate of"incontinence nursing"was 58.20%.22.75%of the nurses obtained the knowledge of pressure injury from a single book education,97.35% of the nurses were willing to take part in the study,and 94.71%of the nurses hoped to get remote guidance in time when nursing was difficult.Conclusion It is of great importance for the nurses from community health service centers in Nanchang to improve the knowledge and skills.
